Provide us with a clear scan able copy of your design or artwork, or a digital file. If the file is not in color, please give us an indication of the design's colors. Accepted file formats are:

4. Maximum stitch requirement (if any).
5. Preference for tatami (fill) or satin (jump) stitch (if any).
6. Details of patch to be kept (if any).
7. Size of the design.
